Honey Lemon Chicken Wings

4 lbs Chicken Wings

1/2 cup Picual Olive Oil

1/4 cup Honey Ginger Balsamic

1/4 cup Sicilian Lemon Balsamic

2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce

2 Tablespoons spicy flavored olive oil, like Cayenne, Green Chili or Chipotle

Salt & Pepper, to taste

Preheat broiler and set wire rack set over a large baking sheet in center of the oven. Toss chicken wings with Picual olive oil in a large bowl, season with salt and pepper. Arrange wings on rack. Broil for 45 to 50 minutes turning once or twice until crisp.

Chicken Glaze: Prepare glaze in a small saucepan. Combine the balsamic vinegars and spicy olive oil and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Let cool, then whisk in soy sauce.

In a large bowl carefully toss the cooked chicken wings with the prepared chicken glaze. Transfer to serving platters, sprinkle with scallions and serve.
